• Legal record rehabilitation and corrections

• Assistance with Court-form complaints, petitions and other forms, such as affidavits

• Assistance with Government Agency applications, including immigration, Social Security, and other entitlement applications, etc.

Discovery request preparation and document review

Interviewing of witnesses and experts
• Abstracts of testimony, court transcripts, cases, regulations, memorandums, etc.

Fees for legal research, legal analysis, legal writing and legal editing projects are negotiated individually: hourly with a time cap, or with a negotiated flat fee tailored to fit the project. On-call part-time arrangements are also available.

Fees for legal research are generally based on complexity and rates between $40-$70/hour x estimated time to complete. 

Fees for entitlement applications assistance and review are discounted based on program, individual means and are negotiated individually.

One distinct advantage to outsourcing legal research is obvious in terms of efficiency with respect to time and money. And as your “on-call” research associate, I will conduct the research within any parameters you set. 

But there’s an added benefit to having research outsourced in that it brings a different perspective that may present facets to your matter that had not yet been considered in the same light.
